Do you have online ordering??

We currently do not facilitate online ordering.

Can I use a gift card at any of your SHOE PER locations??

Yes.

What is your return/exchange policy??

All items unworn with original box and original receipt.

Regular priced items 7 days from the date of purchase – full refund.

Sale Priced Items & Buy 1 Get 1 items – 30 days exchange or store credit. Sale items discounted 50% or more / Special Orders – final sale.

Items with a gift receipt – exchange or store credit only.

If you do not carry a style I am looking for, can I order it??

If it is a brand that we carry, and they have the item in stock, we can bring it in for you. You MUST be sure of your size, as special orders are non-refundable, so we suggest you visit your closest location to ensure proper sizing.
